Our Live floor auction is on Saturday, and Online  Internet bidding ends at 9:00AM CST on Thursday 2 days  before. Your internet bid will compete for you during our floor auction, where you may be outbid on the floor after internet bidding closes. If you are the high bidder when internet bidding closes it does not mean that you will win that lot, unless your high bid wins on the live floor auction. ALL Phone, Fax and Mail Bids must be received by 10:00 PM CST on the Thursday before the Auction

Mail and Online bidding Bids will not be executed if there is a change in lot description, Grading etc.

Cash, Money Order, Certified check or approved check.

All coins listed in sale catalogue are represented by the owner or owners genuine the day of sale only. Claims to the Contrary must be settled the day of Sale. Soft mylar Flips are Recommended for Handling only, and not for Storage. No lots may be returned for any reason by floor buyers(including those acting as agents for others). All floor sales are final. No lots may be returned by successful mail bidders who have examined the lots prior to the sale. Sonny Henry’s Auction Service makes no other representation and no implied or express warranty is provided.

Both grading and “Proof” are descriptions of coins and do vary among experts and is subjective, and is provided strictly for the convenience of those who bid by mail and who are unable to personally view the coins, and is a guideline only and is not guaranteed. All pictures of coins in the catalogue and sale bill are examples only. Floor Bidders are encouraged to view the Auction lots, and draw their own conclusion as to the grade and preservation of coins, including those encapsulated by a third party grading service, and all Lots will be sold As Is to the Floor Buyers, and no other representation and no implied or express warranty is provided.

All such terms, including adjectival and numerical descriptions of coins and other numismatic items, is an opinion and subjective and not guaranteed, No warranty, whether expressed or implied, is made with respect to such adjectival and numerical descriptions, which can and do vary among experts:nor is any warranty or representation made that any other expert, grading service or other entity will grade a given piece the same, nor is any guarantee or representation made that a coin or other numismatic item has not been cleaned, or that the toning of any item is natural, or that there is the absence of any other defect which would render it unsuitable for encapsulation by any grading service or the acceptance by a third party. By bidding in this auction, the buyer agrees to hold Sonny Henry’s Auction Service harmless for any numismatic item graded and described by a third party grading service and presented as any lot within this catalogue. The Buyer further acknowledges that the opinion of others on any such item may be different than that described by the grading service. Further, the buyer agrees to accept the grade, preservation, attribution, pedigree, authenticity or any other designation as described by the grading service, and on any other coin or lot in this Auction, and no other representation and no implied or express warranty is provided.

All items on the sale are sold as is. All sales are final. All guarantees and Representations are between the buyer and the seller. Any disputes are strictly between the Buyer and Seller without involvement or responsibility of Sonny Henry’s Auction Service. Announcements day of the sale take precedence over any printed material.

Title does not pass until lots are paid for in full. It is the responsibility and obligation of the buyer to maintain insurance on any coins in his possession. Risk of loss is on the buyer.

Auctioneer or Sonny Henry’s Auction service reserves the right to open a lot at a reasonable price, to set bidding increments as they shall determine, and to refuse any bid which in the judgment of the auctioneer or Sonny henry’s Auction service is believed not to be made in good faith or does not qualify by reason of credit, or otherwise. The auctioneer may open bidding on any lot by placing a bid on behalf of the seller, a mail bidder, or another participant in the sale. The Auctioneer, Firm Conducting the sale, or Principals may bid further on behalf of the seller up to the amount of a reserve by placing successive or consecutive bids for a lot, or by placing bids in response to other bidders. The Auctioneer, or any affiliated person reserves the right to consign items, and may have access to information concerning the lots and items contained in them that are not otherwise available to the public. Any estimates of value which appear in this catalogue are an opinion, based on price lists, catalogues, and other information. Reserves are Highly Discouraged.

It is unlawful and illegal for bidders to collude, pool, or agree with another bidder to pay less than the fair value for a lot. Bidders in the sale acknowledge that the law provides for substantial penalties in the form of treble damages and attorney fees for those who violate these provisions.

Within 3 days, Mail Bidders must make full payment after they have been notified they have been a successful bidder of any lots. The return privilege is voided if payment is received late. Mail Bidders have a 3 day return privilege. Within 48 hours of Receipt, Mail Bidders planning on returning any lots must first call the Auction company, or it negates the return privilege. The reason for each return must be given. All Lots must be in their original unopened Auction Lot Holders. The removal of any item from such holder Negates the return privilege. Auction Sales are not approval sales. No Certified Coins or Currency may be returned because of possible differences of opinion with respect to the grade offered by any third-party organization,dealer,or service.

Bidders not known to us must furnish references deemed satisfactory to Sonny Henry’s Auction Service or deposit a sum equal to 25% of the bids submitted. The sum will be applied to the successful bid.  Bidders who have not established credit with the Auctioneer must either furnish satisfactory

credit information (including two collectibles-related business references) well in advance

of the Auction or supply valid credit card information. When not known by the Auction Company, Purchases will be held until Check, Money Order ect. Clears the Bank, & it will be shipped.

All bid sheets must be signed. All terms and conditions must be accepted, when bidding in this Auction.

Shipping, handling, postage, private and or postal insurance, and registration charges will be added for all lots delivered by mail.

A 10% service charge will be added to the hammer price of each lot as determined by the auctioneer.
